Booking Conditions

  1. FEES
    1.1 Full payment of the course fees must be made prior to commencement of the course. Your place on the course cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received.
    1.2 Fees should be paid by credit card. Payment by cheque is also accepted. Please make all cheques payable to Vannetta Seecharran.
    1.3 We will send a confirmation email when the fee has been received.
  2. MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT
    All materials required for each class are supplied and included in the course fee. Required equipment and tools will be supplied for use during the class.
  3. CANCELLATIONS BY US
    Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received.
  4. CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
    4.1 If you wish to cancel your place on a course your request must be made in writing (by letter, fax or email toclasses@vannetta.com).
    4.2 If your written request is received more than one month prior to the course start date you will be entitled to a full refund, less an administrative charge of £10 to cover our costs.
    4.3 If your written request is received within one month of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund unless a replacement student can be found for your place.
    4.4 If a replacement student is found prior to the course start date, you will be entitled to a full refund, less an administrative charge of £10.
  5. TRANSFERS
    5.1 You can transfer to another course up to one month prior to the course start date.
    5.2 There is a £10 administration charge for each transferral.
    5.3 Students can transfer a maximum of twice.
  6. NON-ATTENDANCE
    Non-attendance of a class or classes due to illness or for personal reasons does not provide the right to any refund, extra tuition or a transfer.
  7. CLASS POSTPONEMENT BY US
    If a class is postponed for reasons for which we are responsible, including staff illness, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the class to suit the majority of participants or to add the missed hours onto the remaining course classes.
  8. VOUCHERS
    8.1 Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase on any class with the same or lower cost than the voucher
    8.2 Vouchers do not have to be used by the person named at the time of purchase.
